Unified Messaging for Exchange Online UM

Unified Messaging for Exchange Online UM

By now, you have most likely heard about the big news from Microsoft that, in July 2018, they’re ending support for SBCs in Exchange Online UM. Their announcement can be found here :

Discontinuation of support for Session Border Controllers in Exchange Online Unified Messaging

Now, don’t panic…! TE-SYSTEMS has the perfect solution if your telecom environment is a mix of Skype for Business with a 3rd party PBX, e.g., Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Avaya, etc. That solution is our “anynode” software-only connector, which can tie together your PBX users with Skype for Business so that they can receive voicemail messages via Exchange UM. Set up a Windows Server 2012 R2 or Server 2016 server (physical or virtual), run through anynode’s configuration wizard and you’re off and running! To find out more about how anynode can help with these changes, we invite you to visit  https://www.anynode.de/voicemail/ and check out the information we have there, including a very informative video.

We look forward to hearing from you.
