New cloud integrations, improved configuration, and more control over routing and monitoring
anynode 4.8 introduces new functions for cloud integration, call routing, system monitoring, and configuration. The release also includes improvements to security, media recording, and system administration.
New integration options support Zoom Phone, Microsoft Operator Connect, and Azure Communication Services. These functions help organizations connect cloud communication services to existing SIP-based telephone systems.
The release also improves configuration and call routing. New profiles in the anynode Wizard help administrators configure providers and PBX systems. The search function helps users find configuration settings. Dial String Rewriting Import and Export lets administrators transfer rewriting rules between nodes. anynode Supervision supports routing decisions based on information from external systems.
Additional functions provide more options for monitoring, troubleshooting, and media recording. Conditional Events and new Event Filters help administrators select and process system events. Redundant Media Recording supports multiple recording destinations, while Mute and Unmute Media Recording helps protect sensitive information during call recording.
The release also includes certificate updates, LDAP authentication fallbacks, Trace Analyzer improvements, and REST API extensions. These functions support system security, administration, and integration with external applications.
Get anynode 4.8: Customers with a valid Software Upgrade Service (SUS) can access eligible software releases.
